Some rooms want a concert. Some want a program.

High & Lonesome: A Journey Through Bluegrass Music is our presented program for libraries, museums, churches and senior communities — live performance and the story of the music together, in one sitting. Typically 45 to 60 minutes.

Choose it as your event type below and we'll send the full program description.

"I've worked with dozens of bands over the years, and no group nails it like the Hot Pickin 57s. Day of show they're hassle free. During the performance they crush it with fun originals, spot-on classics, incredible talent, energized presence, and some jokes between songs to catch your breath. I literally couldn't recommend them more."

Why presenters book us

Presenter-ready

Festival organizers, concert series bookers, house concert hosts, library programmers, museum staff, activities directors — we've worked with all of them, and we know how your season and your paperwork run.

Easy on sound

Got an engineer and a PA? We're a straightforward, courteous load-in. Don't have one? We bring our own tech and system.

Clear communication

Prompt answers, and we'll happily talk through anything particular your audience needs. Four hundred shows in, we know how to read a room.

Built for all rooms

From a 40-seat library program to a festival crowd of several hundred.

Tell us about your event

The more you can fill in, the faster we can give you a real answer rather than a follow-up question. Not everything is required — send what you know.
