Texas Commission on the Arts — Texas Touring Roster

Hot Pickin 57s are proud to announce their selection to the 2026-2028 Texas Touring Roster by the Texas Commission on the Arts (TCA), one of just 153 artists and arts companies selected statewide. According to TCA, roster artists have been "deemed the best in their field by a panel of statewide experts."

If you're a Texas nonprofit, school, college, library, senior center, city park, or unit of government, your organization may be eligible for TCA grant funds to help bring us to your community.

What This Means for Texas Nonprofits

The Texas Touring Roster runs September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2028. As a roster act, Hot Pickin 57s can bring you more than a concert — we also offer lecture-demonstrations, programs for schools, libraries, and senior centers. When you book us, your organization can apply to TCA's Arts Respond Performance Support grant for up to 50% of our negotiated fee, and TCA reimburses you directly.
